Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Technology Consultant to Asiacell s Enterprise Sales Team, advising them on the best solutions and technologies for customer Solutions needs
Daily visits to enterprise and SME customer to generate new leads and to convert those leads into sales
Capture and document customer Technical requirements.
Participate in technical interactions with prospective clients and customers
Conduct workshops with both Technical as well as Business users to define and showcase the value provided by Asiacell Enterprise solution Services.
Coordinating with Marketing to ensure that the right offering is on the market at the right time
Have full knowledge of the product, services and solutions offered locally as well as in similar countries.
Coordination with account mgrs., Customer care to ensure an excellent customer service is provided.
Help in Design and costing of customized solution as per customer requirement with support of the marketing/technical team.
Generate weekly & monthly dashboard to monitor pre-sales activity
Participate in developing, training, and motivation of Pre-sales team
Have extensive knowledge of competitor business/technical model and position accordingly

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Telecommunications or in Computer Science or in Engineering qualifications.
3 - 5 years work experience in a telecommunications or IT environment or ISP companies.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Extensive vendor management experience.
Strong sense of urgency, proactive and responsive behavior, follow-through, and customer empathy.
Knowledge of the Telecommunications market a must
Effective communication skills, written and oral
Language skills (English, Arabic).
