Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the presales team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.

Define presales strategy, priorities, and allocation of resources across opportunities.

Ensure the quality and consistency of technical proposals, RFP responses, and customer presentations.

Engage directly with customers and partners to position solutions effectively.

Drive solution alignment with government, semi-public, and private sector requirements.

Collaborate with internal business units, vendors, and system integrators to deliver best-fit solutions.

Mentor and develop the team, ensuring they remain up to date with partner and alliance solutions (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, and others).

Report directly to senior management and contribute to the company s overall business development strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field

Minimum 5 years of experience in KSA in a Pre-Sales Manager or similar leadership role

Proven expertise in managing technical presales teams covering networks, systems, and telecom solutions

Strong experience working with System Integrators, technology vendors, and enterprise customers

Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills
