Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the local technical face of the product in Saudi Arabia, building trust with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Deliver localized demos and proof-of-concepts (PoC s) tailored to the Saudi market, with a focus on Arabic-first communication.
RFP/RFI/RFQ response creation.
Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep-dives, articulating value propositions clearly in English and Arabic.
Provide feedback to Sales, product and engineering teams on local requirements, ensuring product-market fit within KSA.
Support funnel development through technical validations, though no sales quota responsibility.
Participate in knowledge-sharing, training internal teams, and establishing best practices for solution delivery.

Desired Profile & Skills
5 6 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or similar client-facing solutioning role.
Demonstrated experience with OEMs / System Integrators in the IT, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystem.
Experience with Contact Center and conversational AI (advantage)/p>
Strong technical aptitudes with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic (native or fluent) and English./p>
Local presence in KSA (mandatory) or strong familiarity with Saudi business culture and ecosystem.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset./p>
Industry connects with enterprises, OEMs, and SIs in the region (good to have)./p>
Desired Candidate Profile
