Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Tour organization (DAILY REQUIREMENT):

  • Objective: total and effective coverage of the area
  • Strictly adhere to the defined tour schedule
  • Start the tour at the scheduled time
  • Follow the order of customers according to the assigned route
  • Ensure complete coverage of all points of sale
  • Ensure sufficient road coverage time (do not leave any clients unvisited)
  • Optimize travel to avoid wasting time
  • Re-engage with unvisited clients if necessary
  • Report any difficulties (inaccessible area, closed client, etc.)

Prospecting and portfolio development:

  • Objective: to increase the number of active customers
  • Identify new points of sale
  • Actively prospect in the area
  • Open new customer accounts
  • D. Develop product presence among new customers
  • Retaining existing customers
  • Increase purchase frequency

Order taking (MAIN MISSION) :

  • Objective: reliable and complete controls
  • Identify the client's needs
  • Offer suitable products
  • Take control with precision:
    • Product reference
    • Quantity
    • Conditions (si applicable)
  • avoid any data entry errors
  • Transmit the orders within the time frame
  • Never forget an order from an active client
  • Sales development:
  • Objective: revenue growth
  • Achieve the fixed objectives (revenue, volume)
  • Offer new products and promotions
  • Increase the average order value per customer

  • Highlight high-turnover products
  • Track daily and monthly goals
