Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, be confident communicators, and demonstrate creativity and initiative in developing community engagement strategies.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about connecting people, supporting student and family engagement, and creating a welcoming and vibrant school environment. You will work across a diverse community, organise and lead events, and develop programmes that promote participation, well-being, and international mindedness. A background in education, communications, or community engagement is preferred, and prior experience with the IB programme is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

Required Candidate Profile

• Proficient/advanced-level English language skills
• Bachelor s degree or similar
• Minimum of three years experience in a relevant role within a reputable organisation
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
• Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity
• Inter-cultural awareness and a passion for fostering inclusive school communities
