Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are looking for a practical and hands-on foreman with experience in precast concrete / concrete works to supervise both factory production and site installation activities. The candidate should be able to manage workers, monitor product quality, and follow up installation works on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production of precast concrete products in the workshop / yard

  • Follow up concrete works including casting, vibration, finishing, curing, and demolding

  • Monitor product quality and identify defects such as cracks, honeycombing, poor finishing, and dimensional issues

  • Supervise mold preparation and steel / mesh / rebar placement

  • Coordinate loading, dispatch, and safe handling of precast products

  • Supervise installation of panels and columns on site

  • Ensure proper alignment, leveling, fixing, and grouting during installation

  • Manage workers and coordinate between workshop and site activities

  • Report daily progress, issues, and requirements

  • Maintain good housekeeping and basic safety practices

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical experience in precast concrete, concrete products, or related construction works

  2. Experience in both factory/workshop production and site installation supervision

  3. Good knowledge of concrete works, finishing, curing, and quality checking

  4. Ability to identify common concrete and product defects

  5. Basic knowledge of drawings, dimensions, and site measurements

  6. UAE driving license is required

  7. Able to move between factory and sites as required

  8. Good supervision and problem-solving skills

  9. Basic English communication skills

  10. Diploma / technical certificate in civil, construction, or related field is an advantage
