What You ll Do
- Handle all VIP bookings, enquiries, and itinerary management with precision and care across email, WhatsApp and phone
- Manage Etihad Guest redemption bookings and special service requests, ensuring every journey reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Build and maintain close relationships across service delivery areas, ensuring flawless coordination and first-class handling throughout the guest journey.
- Make empowered decisions to resolve any service issues swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain guest preference databases, ensuring a personalised experience every time.
- Uphold Etihad s highest standards for communication, accuracy, and data confidentiality.
