Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the Prepaid ATL product portfolio and strategy roadmap
- Lead the development and documentation of product architectural designs, concept papers, and supervise / lend support of product production throughout the pipeline (marcom, technical, sales agent trainings, etc.)
- Liaise with marketing functions to develop deeper understanding of customer behavior, and competition developments in order to develop customer value propositions for new offerings, promotions and campaigns
- Lead coordination with all relevant stakeholders including internal Marketing (Budgeting, Planning , and Customer Insights and CVM, Marcom functions etc.) as well Non-Marketing departments (Technical, Business Intelligence, Legal, Sales etc.) to ensure successful and timely product launches
- Frequently monitor and report on the effectiveness of live products in comparison to the defined targets as well as daily monitoring of market changes with respect to the competition and indirect channels
- Develop business rules and processes related to new products
- Liaise with product testing stakeholders to develop and conduct appropriate testing procedures
- Develop go-to-market strategies and ensure products launch in accordance with roadmap
- Liaise with Sales Channels / Digital Channel teams to identify appropriate channels strategy
- Liaise with Marcom team to support development of marketing and communications material
- Liaise with Pricing teams to develop up/cross sell campaigns and promotions
- Recommend correction actions from post launch gap-analysis on the products and services
- Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately.
- Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait.

What We Need From You
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate cross-functional stakeholders toward shared commercial objectives
Strong capability to build consensus and align diverse parties (Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Channels)
Proven ability to influence without direct authority in matrix environments
Market & Business Expertise:
Expert knowledge of the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of the prepaid and subscription business models
Deep understanding of the Kuwait telecom market (customer behavior, competition, regulatory environment) is a strong advantage
Solid grounding in business theory and methodologies, particularly CVM, marketing strategy, product management, and pricing
CVM & Commercial Capabilities:
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management for prepaid (acquisition, onboarding, growth, retention, reactivation)
Experience in segmentation, personas, and micro-segmentation to drive targeted CVM actions
Ability to design, execute, and optimize prepaid CVM campaigns across multiple channels (digital, outbound, retail, partners)
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into revenue, ARPU uplift, churn reduction, and GA improvement
Analytics & Data Skills:
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights
Hands-on experience with data extraction, cleansing, and validation from multiple data sources
Solid understanding of key prepaid KPIs (ARPU, churn, usage, tenure, GA, recharges, engagement)
Basic data science knowledge (descriptive analytics, trend analysis, hypothesis testing); exposure to predictive models is a plus
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, scenario analysis); Power BI / Tableau knowledge is a plus
Execution & Project Management:
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Ability to efficiently manage own time and prioritize team workload in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with campaign management systems and coordinating execution with operations and channels
Strong risk identification and mitigation skills, especially in large-scale CVM initiatives
Problem Solving & Innovation:
Ability to analyze complex situations and develop creative, practical, and value-driven solutions
Comfortable challenging existing approaches and proposing new ways to improve prepaid performance
Experience in continuous optimization and test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, pilots, feedback loops)
Communication & Influence:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities to translate data into clear business narratives
Effective negotiation and persuasion skills when aligning priorities and managing trade-offs
Additions:
Experience with omni-channel CVM and customer journeys
Exposure to AI / ML-driven targeting or next-best-action models
Experience in data monetization or partnerships is a plus
Bachelor s Degree required, master s in business/MBA preferred
