Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Prepaid Operation Analyst
Department: Prepaid Operations
Job Purpose:
Working to implement prepaid s strategies & initiatives which include prepaid payment channels facilities & reconciliation processing of prepaid customers and ensure compliance and fulfillment of all stakeholders requirements mainly APSR and Shareholders. To manage & supervise the prepaid services operations & prepaid payment channels transactions, ensure timely updating and reconciliation processes in accordance with the Company s policies & procedures. This is done through effect utilization of SLAs & contracts. Owns the performance of prepaid services business, payment channels facilities/reconciliation for achieving targets & initiatives to maintain customers satisfaction & expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing prepaid strategy aligned with revenue collections goals.
- Contribute to implementing prepaid payment channels processes and reconciliation aligned with strategy.
- Support the adoption of suitable strategies for enhanced customer expert.
- Collaborate in aligning prepaid service requirements with broader customer service objectives.
- Participate in the communication of department-wide strategies and initiatives.
- Contribute to the adherence of prepaid business and reconciliation policies.
- Ensure adherence to prepaid business and reconciliation policies.
- Assist in managing efficient prepaid service operations and activities.
- Contribute to the management of prepaid payment channels facilities.
- Participate in analyzing customer data for informed prepaid service expansion plans.
- Contribute ideas for optimizing prepaid business costs.
- Assist in daily reconciliation of prepaid payments with system reports.
- Monitor cash transfers for accurate reporting and variance resolution.
- Reconcile daily prepaid payments with system reports accurately.
- Address issues impacting payment channel processing promptly.
- Maintain systems security for payment channel interfaces.
- Support timely recharge token delivery to prepaid customers.
- Implement secure processing for payment channels
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and escalate complaints as needed.
- Contribute to cost optimization strategies for efficient prepaid services.
- Provide input on customer needs for relevant products and services.
- Oversee the process of switching between postpaid and prepaid services
- Monitor vendor/supplier performance to ensure high service quality.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by managing vendor relationships.
- Communicate with service providers and suppliers for improving the services and settling any case
- Report prepaid collection and financial performance measures.
- Contribute to preparing and reviewing periodic reports for prepaid business performance
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in accounting / finance
- A minimum GPA of 3 is preferred
Professional Experience:
0-2 years of relevent experience
