Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, security gaps, and business goals.
  • Recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions and managed services.
  • Support opportunities across domains such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, DLP, MDR, VAPT, or GRC.
  • Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, solution sizing, and licensing models.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tender requests.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops for clients.
  • Collaborate with delivery and SOC teams to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Maintain reusable proposal templates and standard offerings.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and emerging technologies.
  • Support competitive positioning and vendor comparisons.
  • Experience in cybersecurity presales, technical sales, bid support, or solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and services.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, DLP, MDR, VAPT, or GRC.
  • Experience preparing proposals, RFP responses, or client presentations.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with Saudi market frameworks such as NCA or SAMA is a plus.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in cybersecurity presales, technical sales, bid support, or solution design.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and services.

Familiarity with technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, DLP, MDR, VAPT, or GRC.
