Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise and Solution Design

    • Collaborate with the sales team and partners to gather customer requirements and deliver

      tailored solution designs.

    • Develop and present technical solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.

    • Create and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and technical demonstrations.

  • Customer and Partner Engagement

    • Conduct workshops, presentations, and live demonstrations for customers and partners.

    • Respond to technical queries during the pre-sales process and provide in-depth technical

      insights.

    • Act as a technical advisor to partners and customers to build trust and credibility.

  • Proposal and Documentation Support

    • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and other pre-sales

      documentation.

    • Ensure all proposals and technical deliverables meet compliance and budgetary standards.

  • Collaboration and Support

    • Work closely with the Enterprise Architect and Partner Managers to align technical solutions

      with organizational strategies.

    • Support the sales team during the sales cycle by addressing technical concerns and ensuring

      smooth communication between stakeholders.

  • Continuous Learning and Market Awareness

    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive

      solutions.

    • Participate in internal and external training to enhance technical skills and knowledge of the

      organization s offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge in IT/OT software solutions, cloud platforms, or industrial automation systems.
  • Familiarity with AVEVA solutions or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
