Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Technical Expertise and Solution Design
-
Collaborate with the sales team and partners to gather customer requirements and deliver
tailored solution designs.
-
Develop and present technical solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.

Create and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and technical demonstrations.
-

Customer and Partner Engagement
-
Conduct workshops, presentations, and live demonstrations for customers and partners.
-
Respond to technical queries during the pre-sales process and provide in-depth technical
insights.

Act as a technical advisor to partners and customers to build trust and credibility.

Proposal and Documentation Support
-
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and other pre-sales
documentation.

Ensure all proposals and technical deliverables meet compliance and budgetary standards.

Collaboration and Support
-
Work closely with the Enterprise Architect and Partner Managers to align technical solutions
with organizational strategies.
-
Support the sales team during the sales cycle by addressing technical concerns and ensuring
smooth communication between stakeholders.

Continuous Learning and Market Awareness

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive
solutions.

Participate in internal and external training to enhance technical skills and knowledge of the
organization s offerings.

Key Competencies

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in designing and presenting technical solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering roles.
- Strong technical knowledge in IT/OT software solutions, cloud platforms, or industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with AVEVA solutions or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
