Manages presales activities for platforms like ServiceNow, Megazone, Subcon, Meta Dialog, and Blue Verse, as well as future product partnerships. Develops go-to-market strategies, responds to client requirements, and aligns platform capabilities with the clients strategic direction.

1. Background in FinOps, Cloud Optimization, Infra Budgeting , Licensing models, Software and Solutions in Security

2. Good Understanding of AI use cases and technical architecture of AI Solutions

3. ServiceNow Understanding

4. Hands on in writing proposals

Good understanding of Tools and solutions in FINOPs, Cloud OPS, Services in GCP, OCI or AWS, ServiceNow, etc

Position-2: Presales Solution Architect

Location: Dammam, Saudi

Focus Area: Service Delivery

Job Description:

Handles service delivery engagements including Helpdesk, ERP implementation projects (SAP, Oracle), and Digital Transformation initiatives.

1. Experience in SAP /Oracle/ERP Implementations

2. Should have handled large RFPs and created differentiated solutions

3. Very Good Understanding of all Modules of SAP like FIN, Procurement, HR and EAM

4. Understanding of RICEFW Estimation. Should have done Estimation from Requirements collected

5. Hands on in writing proposals and proactive propositions

Should have experience in creating project plans, Project and Phase segregation, Designing Milestones, Cashflow statements, pricing etc
