Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Presales Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and client business needs. You will collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and clients to design tailored digital transformation solutions across CRM, RPA, and digital transformation offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and craft customized solution proposals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations for Reyada s services (Bitrix24, Salesforce, Freshworks, etc.).
  • Translate business challenges into technical solutions using our portfolio of CRM, AI, automation, and cloud products.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, RFP responses, solution blueprints, and pricing estimates.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with Reyada s implementation capabilities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and vendor updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a presales, solution consulting, or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Bitrix24, Salesforce, Freshsales) and digital transformation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and map them to technology solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
