Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role
We’re looking for a confident Emirati female presenter and junior producer who can represent our agency and our clients across media campaigns, interviews, and national projects.

This is an exciting, visible role for a public-facing talent with strong communication skills, excellent Arabic fluency, and a natural presence on camera. You’ll help bring campaign stories to life — whether through on-camera presenting, voiceover, or behind-the-scenes coordination and production support.

This role combines presenting and production, perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, culture, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as an on-camera presenter and voiceover talent for national campaigns and client projects
Represent ZIA and client brands in public-facing videos, interviews, and social content
Coordinate with producers, content leads, and clients on messaging and delivery
Assist in pre-production: script prep, location planning, wardrobe coordination, shot lists
Participate in client meetings and approvals for presenting content
Contribute to cultural accuracy and sensitivity in how messages are delivered
Ensure delivery timelines and project quality standards are met
Support in managing behind-the-scenes logistics and communication
Required Qualifications & Experience
UAE National (Female only) with Family Book
Excellent presentation and communication skills in Modern Standard Arabic and English
Comfortable speaking on camera and representing public or government-facing initiatives
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to fast-paced filming environments and quick content changes
A confident, calm, and culturally respectful presence under pressure
Basic familiarity with media production workflows or interest in learning
Willingness to participate in formal protocol or public event coverage when required
Note: Passionate fresh graduates are welcome to apply — especially those with communication or media internships, public speaking experience, or a strong on-camera presence.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Previous presenting, MC, or media experience (TV, digital, events)
Experience working with government clients or formal protocol
Strong writing or voiceover ability (Arabic preferred)
Familiarity with script reading, camera direction, or basic editing
Strong cultural awareness and interest in national identity projects
