GCLL Logistics is looking to bring on a detail-oriented Pricing Executive to support our freight forwarding pricing operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will own rate creation and management, run market and competitor analysis, and work closely with sales and operations to ensure quotes are competitive and profitable. This role focuses on translating market intelligence into clear pricing recommendations and maintaining accurate pricing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market rates and trends to maintain up-to-date freight tariffs and service pricing.
Prepare timely, accurate commercial quotations for customers across sea/air/land as required.
Build and update rate sheets, pricing templates, and margin models.
Negotiate rates and service terms with carriers, agents, and vendors to secure competitive pricing.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to validate pricing assumptions and ensure operational feasibility.
Produce regular reports and dashboards that track pricing performance, rate variances, and profitability.
Maintain pricing records in ERP or pricing tools and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
Demonstrable UAE experience working on pricing in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environments.
Strong understanding of freight rate components, carrier tariffs, and international shipping pricing practices.
Proven capability in market analysis, vendor negotiation, and commercial evaluation.
Excellent analytical skills with experience producing pricing reports and margin analyses.
Comfortable using Excel and ERP/quotation systems; familiarity with pricing or TMS tools is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across commercial and operations teams.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining pricing documentation.
