Job Description
• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or Pricing & Profitability management and is often regarded as a source of knowledge to other subordinates.
• Solves unique problems that have a broad impact on the business.
• Contributes to the development of organization's Pricing & Profitability strategy.
• May lead teams or projects within the Pricing & Profitability General Department .
• Support the construction of variable cost models across all service offerings in coordination with Finance and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to building pricing models aligned with predefined pricing slabs to empower Sales.
• Play a role in developing pricing tools for customization at the strategic or enterprise level.
• Maintain pricing governance frameworks to ensure alignment with market positioning and consistency.
• Coordinate with Legal to address pricing-related regulatory requirements.
• Participate in market forecasting efforts to inform budgeting and annual operational plans.
• Collaborate with Finance on cost models especially Activity-based costing (ABC).
