Roles & Responsibilities
Looking for a positive, driven and inspirational Primary Deputy Head Teacher to join the team.
Essential
- Hold a bachelor s degree and a post-graduate qualification in education.
- Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Trained in British Curriculum or International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program.
- Have a proven record of raising attainment and improving progress.
- Have an excellent understanding of teaching and learning.
- Be proficient in the development and adaptation of curriculum in a key subject.
- Have a proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice.
- Have previous experience in a position of responsibility as a middle leader/senior leader.
- Experience of leading a team and working with various teams.
- Have excellent communications skills both spoken and written.
- Excellent people management skills.
Desirable
- Master s degree in education.
- Educational management qualification (NPQML/NPQSL, etc.)
- Strong and proven pedagogical understandings, based on research and best practice.
- Experience as Deputy Head Teacher or equivalent role.
- Experience of using Google suite, e.g., Google classroom.
