The opportunity

We are currently seeking to hire a Primary Head of Year (EYFS) who can join our team in August 2026.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about shaping young minds and modelling the values that define Doha College. Our teachers do more than deliver lessons; they inspire curiosity, kindness, and a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.

You will play a key role in ensuring that each child flourishes academically, socially, and emotionally, within an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, and every learner feels a sense of belonging and purpose.
