Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Primary Homeroom (Level 1-6) classes, ensuring a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that support students academic, emotional, and social development.
Maintain high standards of student behavior and achievement, creating a conducive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and share best practices.
Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Hold a Bachelor's in Education/ BA in Primary Education, plus a post-graduate qualification in education (i.e., PGCE/GTP) with QTS.
Experience in the UK or overseas, in a British or IB curriculum school.
A proven track record of excellent classroom practice and pedagogical skills.
Proficient in using IT to enhance teaching and learning.
Ability to engage, motivate, and support children, staff, and parents.
A reflective practitioner who can think creatively and innovate in the classroom.
A positive and enthusiastic team member, eager to contribute to the wider school community.
