Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This part-time, on-site and/or online role for Primary & Secondary Teachers is based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The teachers will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and effective lessons in their subject area according to the set curriculum. Responsibilities also include creating detailed lesson plans, assessing student progress, managing hybrid learning environments, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning culture. Teachers are expected to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and to bring a passion for teaching while nurturing students’ academic and personal growth.


Eligibility Requirement

To be eligible to offer online and face-to-face part-time classes all applicants must ensure compliance with the UAE’s licensing requirements and Al Falah’s rules. Applicants should:

  • Currently reside within the United Arab Emirates

  • Possess a valid UAE Private Tuition license issued by the UAE MoHRE

  • Employer License: If you are a worker in different sector, you may need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer to offer classes

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise and/or teaching experience
