The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you ll deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences that help every child flourish academically, socially, and personally. You ll bring the English National Curriculum to life through creativity, collaboration, and curiosity, ensuring that each student achieves their full potential and develops a lifelong love of learning.

You will:
  • Inspire students to be confident, curious, and compassionate learners.
  • Plan and deliver exciting, inclusive lessons that challenge and support all learners.
  • Create a classroom culture of respect, positivity, and ambition.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within wider Primary Team to enhance curriculum design and teaching practice.
  • Engage with parents and the wider school community to support each child s journey.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking positive and energetic Primary teachers who:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education + PGCE/QTS or equivalent
  • Have at least 3 years' experience teaching the English National Curriculum in Primary phases.
  • Are passionate about student-centered learning and creating memorable classroom experiences.
  • Can deliver thoughtfully planned, engaging lessons that promote critical thinking.
  • Are skilled in integrating technology to enhance learning experience.
  • Use assessment meaningfully to celebrate achievement and support student progress.
  • Are energetic, positive and committed to our mission of building a better future for every child
