Roles & Responsibilities

Currently seeking a Primary Visual Arts teacher

International teachers whose first language is English and who have completed a strong>Post Graduate Degree in Education, a Bachelor Degree in Education, a Diploma in Teaching / Education /strong>or an equivalent in countries such as The UK, Canada, The US, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa are invited to apply.

strong>IB Qualifications and experience will be considered an asset./strong>

We are looking for teachers for all age groups and subjects. Intake sessions for new teachers take place twice a year - in strong>early July and again each January/strong>.

strong>Requirements:/strong>

strong>Basic Requirement:/strong>

  • p>Qualified with at least a Bachelor s degree in education or PGCE, and a teaching certificate where applicable/p>
  • p>Over two years of successful full-time teaching experience/p>
  • p>Necessary documents for obtaining a work visa to China/p>
  • p>Cross-cultural competence/p>
  • p>Ability to work in collaboration with colleagues to establish a positive school culture/p>
  • p>Effective communication and engagement with children and their families/p>
  • p>Experience teaching bilingual beginners/p>
  • p>Experience in differentiating teaching techniques/p>
