Principal Analyst, Performance Metrics First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Drive Group technology cost saves program

Work with key stakeholders in GTT to identify opportunities for cost saves

Track and report all cost saves opportunities

Lead monthly reporting and presentation to GTT leadership

Validate all cost saves workings

Submit cost saves in Oracle

Submit monthly saves MIS to finance

Support finance team for budget clawback

Drive and publish monthly finance dashboard for GTT leadership

Prioritizes work on team deliverables and key initiatives

Promotes creativity and innovation in the team

Resolves dependencies between associated functions.

Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Guides creation of an effective practice framework and guidelines

Has a track record of driving uplift in an organization's practice, highly visible in the internal community

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

10+ years of finance experience

Expert knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, MSBI

Excellent analytical and data-interpretation skills

Strong team player and team management skills
