Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Principal Architect, you will define and lead architecture across customer journeys and business capability domains. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology to align strategic objectives with scalable and future ready architecture.
You will play a key role in translating complex business needs into structured architectural frameworks, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and innovation across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of customer journey architecture across digital and physical touchpoints
- Define and structure business capabilities to support long term strategic goals
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align architecture with business vision and transformation initiatives
- Drive best practice across enterprise architecture, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on architecture strategy and decision making
- Support cross functional teams including product, engineering, and data to deliver integrated solutions
- Ensure governance and standards are maintained across all architecture initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Extensive experience in enterprise or domain architecture within large scale organisations.
Strong background in customer journey mapping and business capability modelling.
Experience within financial services or similarly complex regulated environments is highly preferred.
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
Strong understanding of modern architecture frameworks and digital ecosystems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide cross functional teams.
Experience driving transformation programmes at scale.
