Roles & Responsibilities
Insurance /strong>- Ensures specialist care is available to you and eligible family members residing in country. Pre-existing medical conditions are covered. No limit on number of children covered under the policy however age and coverage limits apply in line with KSA CCHI rules. Option to select higher medical cover payable at employees own expense.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Typically qualified to ISCED Level 6 (Bachelors) in engineering or equivalent combination of br> qualifications and experience.
- Appropriate level of construction experience in relevant industry sector, typically a minimum of 10 years of practical experience if degree qualified OR trade discipline qualified with a minimum 15 years relevant practical experience
- Excellent technical knowledge of construction discipline and associated processes
- Ability to identify risk to delivery, build in and implement mitigation / contingency plans
- Expert level of experience of interpreting discipline documentation.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPS) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS).
- Expert level knowledge and understanding of technical specifications
- Understands the business drivers within customer organizations and is able to influence these through innovative designs and cost-effective solutions.
- Experienced in supervising and managing others, able to effectively delegate work, motivate teams and manage performance
- Review of construction execution plans, construction schedules, and method statements.
- On-site presence to monitor construction progress, contractor performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support in resolving technical queries, managing field changes, and updating as-built documentation. Interface management among multiple contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversight of mechanical completion, punch-list closure, and support during commissioning and pre-startup phases.
