Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and verify ultra-high-speed AMS circuits for next generation Optical Engines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and review block-level specifications. Perform transistor level simulations, design optimization, and modeling. Evaluate, measure, and debug silicon prototypes through characterization until high volume production. Contribute to design reviews, documentation, and methodology improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7+ Years of Experience
  • Proven track record delivering AMS blocks for production silicon.
  • Expertise in high speed circuits design, noise analysis, and signal integrity.
  • Experience guiding layout and parasitic aware verification.
  • Silicon evaluation, measurement, and debugging experience.
  • Hands on BiCMOS experience and/or FinFET exposure is a plus.
  • TIAs, PAs & Drivers design experience is a plus.
