Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Offshore / Onshore Oil and Gas facilities with major EPC contractor and/or Consultant. Conversant with the Engineering Stds such as API, NFPA, ASME, BS / EN etc. and Client Stds. such as SHELL, ARAMCO, MOBIL etc.
Hands on experience in software such as HYSYS, PIPENET, PIPEPHASE, FLARENET. Preparation of specification, technical evaluation, vendor documentation review. Site deputation experience.
Design experience in Offshore field. Design experience in Onshore pipelines. Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Material Corrosion and expertise in material selection, corrosion control strategies, and protective coatings across the oil & gas and offshore wind energy sectors.
Experience in applying international standards (NACE, ISO, ASTM, API, NORSOK, DIN, VGB), preparing technical deliverables, and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
Recommendation for Material selection, construction material reviews, and development of Material Selection Diagrams (MSDs) for refineries and petrochemical complexes. & Reviews and Protective Coating & Painting Systems. Development of job specifications for coating and painting systems, ensuring optimal corrosion protection and durability.
