The Principal Geoscientist will collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams to drive excellence in exploration programs. The role is responsible for developing and designing methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as ensuring continuous team development in geological understanding (e.g., mineralogy, structural geology) and modern exploration techniques.

The successful candidate will oversee activities across exploration camps and provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to geologists in the field.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's and Master's degree (PhD preferred) in a relevant Geoscience discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration, development, or greenfield targeting, covering the full exploration cycle from grassroots generation through drilling and resource conversion.
• Strong multi-commodity and multi-jurisdiction exploration background, with experience in geological systems related to Cu, Ni, Zn, Li, Ag, Au, and REE, particularly within Archean crustal settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of mineral systems, deposit geology, and the challenges of discovery, especially in covered terrains.
• Proven project management skills, including strategy development, work planning, budgeting, and team leadership.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and executing field operations, including logistics planning under strict safety standards.
• Strong field skills in mapping, sampling, data collection, documentation, mentoring, and reporting.
• Experience in analyzing and integrating geoscientific and geophysical datasets across multiple scales.
• Extensive hands-on experience with GIS software (preferably ArcGIS Pro).
• Strong experience in QA/QC processes and data management.
• Ability to present mineral exploration projects clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven leadership in team management, goal setting, and time management.
