Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in mining engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualifications in mining, metallurgy, or data analytics are advantageous.
Experience with resource governance frameworks, audit processes, and database systems (Acquire preferred).
Recognized as (or eligible to be) Competent Person under JORC/CRIRSCO.
10+ years experience in mine-to-mill reconciliation, grade control, or operational performance analysis.
Strong exposure to gold operations, preferably including complex blending and refractory ore processing.
Proven experience working across geology, mining, and processing functions.
Experience reviewing or supporting consultant-led reconciliation studies is desirable.

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mining operations, with a focus on reconciliation practices.
• Proven leadership and governance experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in data interpretation for reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency in using reconciliation software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to mine-to-mill reconciliation.
• Willingness to travel to different sites as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to performance improvement.

• Lead the development and implementation of mine-to-mill reconciliation strategies, ensuring alignment with BMNM's goals.
• Govern and oversee reconciliation practices, setting standards and best practices.
• Ensure transparency and data integrity between Mineral Resources, mining, and plant operations.
• Identify value leakage points and implement systematic performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mine-to-mill processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, ensuring consistent application of reconciliation standards.
• Analyze and interpret reconciliation data, generating insights for decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mine-to-mill reconciliation techniques.
• Document and communicate reconciliation processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
