Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the domain authority for all data entities, KPIs, and concepts within the assigned mining Business Unit domain.
  • Participate in enterprise design and governance forums to align domain needs with cross domain and platform standards.
  • Ensure domain data reflects actual business processes, operational constraints, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with data engineering and platform teams to ensure domain data products are implemented as designed.
  • Act as the primary data representative for the Business Unit, engaging senior stakeholders on data definitions, KPIs, and data driven decisions.
  • Translate BU needs into structured domain requirements that can be delivered consistently.
  • Advocate for domain priorities while aligning with enterprise direction.
  • Adapt enterprise standards to BU context without breaking consistency.
