Principal Specialist, Business Partner BMNM Ma'aden Aluminium Company (MAC)

Key Accountabilities:

Coordinate Gold / Base Metal Business Alignment

• Drive the delivery

• Represent & collate the Gold / Base Metal business priorities, KPIs, and value objectives in domain-level initiatives

• Ensure domain solutions reflect Gold operational realities, risk profiles, and performance drivers

• Act as the single coordination point between Gold leadership and domain teams

Partner with Domain Integrators and Chief Specialists

• Work with Domain Integrators to translate domain objectives into Gold-specific initiatives and use cases

• Collaborate with Chief Specialists to shape solutions that address Gold & Base metal business needs, aligned with the Full Potential team

• Support Technical Initiative Leads with Gold-specific business context and success criteria to determine the value creation from full potential opportunities identified in collaboration

Govern Value, KPIs, and Initiative Coherence

• Ensure initiatives impacting the Domains align with agreed KPIs, value targets, and investment priorities for the BMNM Domain Mission and annual objectives

• Support prioritization and sequencing to maximize Gold & Base metal value realization

• Track and support realization of benefits across Gold & Base Metal initiatives

Enable Adoption and Value Realization

• Support development of technology enablement requirements from different platforms that are part of the tech stack

• Ensure alignment of processes, operating models, and performance management to mature Operational excellence contribution to the TechOps enablement program

• Act as a trusted advisor to Gold / Base Metal leadership on domain-driven initiatives
