Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop commercial all-over prints across multiple womens wear categories, including soft woven dresses , blouses , skirts as well as Knits

Research global print, pattern, and colour trends, with an eye for regional tastes and commercial relevance.

Translate seasonal concepts into commercial print stories that align with the womens vision and Max brand DNA.

Own the full print lifecycle from concept and inspiration boards through to final repeat-ready artwork

Create and manage a seasonal print library, ensuring prints are differentiated across product categories and collections

Work closely with shape designers, buying, and sourcing teams to ensure all-over prints are aligned with key silhouettes and timelines.


Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate


3-5 years of experience in print design, with strong focus on all-over print in a fast fashion or high street retail environment.


Strong commercial understanding of the value fashion customer and product mix.

Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital textile design tools; comfortable with repeats, colour separations, and file formatting for production.

Proven ability to develop print ranges from scratch in line with trend and sales data

Passion for colour, pattern, and storytelling with a refined eye for fashion aesthetics.

Experience working with Indian and Far East suppliers to deliver print-ready artwork.

Excellent time management, highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in presenting to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
