Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Printer Technician Needed for Office Printers and Large Format Printers (LFPs) Leading distributor of office printers, LFPs and plotters seeking a talented and dedicated Printer Technician to join our team.
Provide technical support and maintenance for office printers and Large Format Printers (LFPs) and plotters
Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues related to equipment malfunctions, print quality, or material defects, software issues etc
Install, configure, and optimize printers
Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting for different types and models of printers
Inspect and review printed materials to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and quality
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients both on-site and remotely.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a printer technician, preferably with both office printers and LFPs.
Strong knowledge of printer hardware, software, and networking.
Experience in installing and configuring printer drivers and managing printer connections.
Expertise in repairing and maintaining various copier and printer models
Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues related to printing processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
