Printing - Machine Operator Arabian Plastic Industrial Company

• Set up and operate printing machines. including setting up Printing plates, Blankets, Inks, Mandrels(molds).

• Adjusting Color Registration and Printing Alignment. understanding of CMYK color matching.

• Controlling Ink flow and Curing System.

• Troubleshooting machine issues and reducing downtime.

• Cleaning and maintaining printing units (color heads).

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality management systems (e.g., ISO and BRC)

  
  

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certificate.

• Training in machine operation or industrial safety preferred.

Experience and Skills

• 1– 5 years of experience in machine operation in a manufacturing/production environment (plastics preferred).

• Teamwork and communication skills.

• Teamwork and cooperation.

• Flexibility and adaptability.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Core Competencies

• Ability to work with Plastic substrates like PET, PP and PS.

• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, specifications, and quality control documents.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to understand and adjust machine controls and parameters.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and document production data.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work various shifts (e.g., rotating shifts, nights, weekends) as required by production schedules.
