Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the printing press
Maintain print quality and color consistency
Prepare inks, sleeves, and aniloxes
Reduce machine downtime and waste
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance
Coordinate with production and quality departments
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience operating flexographic printing machines
Experience with UV curing systems
Knowledge in:
- anilox selection
- color matching
- registration adjustment
- viscosity control
- print quality inspection
Experience on OMET machines is a strong advantage
Knowledge of BOPP and label/flexible packaging materials
Ability to work under production targets
Technical troubleshooting skills
