Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a culinary degree or equivalent professional training, demonstrating a strong foundation in cooking principles.
  • Holds recognized food safety certifications, such as ServSafe, ensuring safe food handling practices.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience working in high-end restaurants, private estates, or luxury hospitality.
  • Exhibits proven expertise in preparing a wide variety of cuisines, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
