Private Client Advisor

Dubai

Full-time / On-site

The Role

We are looking for agents of all backgrounds with a successful track record to join the region s leading authority in luxury real estate, and the sole affiliate of the global Christie s International Real Estate Network in the Middle East. Responsabilities

Achieve sales targets/KPIs set by the Managing Partners

Sell, for a fee, real estate owned by others

Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration

Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers

Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings

Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles

Obtain agreements from property owners to place properties for sale

Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales

Interview buyers to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking

Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers

Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements

Answer clients questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs and appraisals

Prepare documents such as the listing form, Form A, passport copy, title deed, marketing addendum, price check and submit to the Sales Administrator

Ensure due diligence of above listing documents to comply with Dubai s Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards

Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds

Monitor fulfilment of purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner

Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations, descriptions, and available financing options

Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price

Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listing services

Maintain knowledge of UAE real estate law, local economies, types of available mortgages, and financing options

Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets

Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Assist the management team with other various tasks as required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year real estate experience in the UAE as a broker

Driving license
