Roles & Responsibilities
- Navigate complex government regulations and procedures to secure business licenses and permits, ensuring full compliance from inception.
- Manage all documentation required for company formation, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, minimizing legal risks.
- Liaise with government authorities and relevant stakeholders, fostering positive relationships to expedite processes and approvals.
- Oversee the visa and immigration processes for employees, guaranteeing a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in relevant principles.
- Holds a minimum of 3 years of experience in PRO services or a similar role, demonstrating practical knowledge of business setup.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of successfully obtaining business licenses and permits, showcasing their expertise.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, corporate regulations, and immigration procedures, ensuring compliance.
