Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Process Transformation & Optimization:

  • Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive large process transformation programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to develop and implement process improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop corrective and preventive action plans.

Process Mapping & Documentation:

  • Create detailed process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN software.
  • Maintain and update process documentation to reflect changes and improvements accurately.
  • Ensure alignment of process documentation with compliance, regulatory, and business standards.

Data-Driven Analysis & Performance Monitoring:

  • Leverage data analytics to assess process performance, identify trends, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use statistical tools (Minitab, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to measure process performance and evaluate improvement outcomes.
  • Design and implement dashboards for real-time tracking of process efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership to understand process pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping (VSM) sessions.
  • Support change management efforts by training teams on new processes, tools, and best practices.

Lean & Six Sigma Implementation:

  • Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects, driving DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Conduct training and mentoring sessions to develop process improvement capabilities across teams.
  • Ensure continuous improvement culture adoption across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) Required.
  • Additional certifications in Business Process Management (BPM), Agile, or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.

Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in business process analysis, optimization, and large-scale process transformation programs.
  • Proven experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes in industries such as manufacturing, finance, healthcare, or IT services.
  • Strong experience using process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, Lucidchart).
  • Hands-on experience with process automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, BPM tools) is a plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), Minitab, Power BI, Tableau, SQL.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills to interpret process performance data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of business process modelling and notation (BPMN) frameworks.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead workshops, drive discussions, and influence decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with process automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or AI-driven process improvements.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (real estate, finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
