Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor daily operational processes and job order execution to ensure compliance with defined control parameters and procedures.
Assist in planning and scheduling job orders in coordination with operations teams.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and planning teams to resolve operational issues.
Review operational processes to identify control gaps and improvement opportunities.
Design, analyze, and optimize process flows.
Support initiatives to improve cycle time, efficiency, yield, and cost.
Develop or update SOPs and process maps.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial).
Basic understanding of process flow and operational control.
Knowledge of job orders, work planning, and execution tracking.
Familiarity with SOPs, work instructions, and control procedures.
Basic data handling and reporting skills using Excel or similar tools.
Awareness of safety, quality, and operational standards.
