Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and manage product BOMs using SAP

Oversee current BOM processes and attributes, ensuring accuracy

Maintain knowledge of products and production processes to inform BOM management and cost analysis

Assist in creating and releasing documents, such as SOP and MI

Create process sheets, cycle time, and takt time analyses

Plan and manage projects to increase productivity, improve costs, and optimize investment

Develop and lead creative projects related to production and material handling

Optimize process and material flow, and improve workplace organization and workflows

Support lean activities and implement process improvements

Collaborate with the production team to reduce costs, eliminate waste, and improve process flow

Research and recommend new equipment, tools, and machinery to support production and assembly

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Good knowledge of CAD systems, such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor

Good knowledge of using SAP

Knowledge of method and time studies, line balancing, and lean manufacturing techniques

Experience with efficiency and cost improvement projects (Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus)

Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach

Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Very good English language skills
