Job Description

ISS International SpA is looking for Process Engineer in Abu Dhabi

Process Engineer

Basic Functions:

  • Carry out process engineering work on the assigned project under the supervision of the Lead Process Engineer on the assigned project.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • 10 - 15 years experience in oil and gas
  • preferably with offshore wellhead /process platform experience
  • Knowledge of process engineering design. Understanding process documents as applicable including process descriptions, process data sheets, PFD, P&ID.
  • Process Simulation using Hysys / Unisim and flare load calculation using Aspen Flarenet
  • Become fully familiar with scope of work. Monitor changes to scope and raises change notifications.
  • Liaise with PMT and other Discipline Engineers on the project as directed by the Lead Engineer.
  • Responsible for preparation / checking of the following key deliverables, applicable as per the Project scope:
  • Process simulations / heat and material balance.
  • Process design basis
  • Piping and instrument diagrams.
  • Safe charts.
  • Process safeguarding diagram.
  • Operating philosophy and operating manual.
  • Equipment and instrument process datasheets.
  • Equipment list.
  • Line list.
  • Flare radiation and dispersion calculations.
  • Depressurization and flare network study.
  • Equipment and line sizing calculations.
  • Fluid lists.
  • Assist the Lead Process Engineer in IDC.
  • Liaise with drafting for drawing development.
