Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize production processes for mobile phone assembly and sub-assembly lines.

  • Analyze process performance and identify areas for improvement in yield, productivity, and quality.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment calibration, reliability, and minimal downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Train operators and technicians on new processes or updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

  • 1 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in mobile phone, electronics assembly, or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology), assembly, and testing processes.
