Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring product quality and safety.
  • Conduct root cause analyses for process failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop process specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Utilize statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve process performance, aiming for continual advancement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; advanced degrees are a plus.

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing are highly desirable.

  • Experience in the Steel Manufacturing industry is preferred for understanding specific processes.
