Process Engineer Crescent Engineering FZE

· Perform process simulations and develop PFDs, P&IDs, and Heat & Material Balances.

· Conduct equipment sizing, line sizing, relief valve sizing, pressure drop, and NPSH calculations.

· Review client specifications and generate engineering deliverables accordingly.

· Preparing Technical Bid for tendering /proposals which includes initial process design, technical clarification/deviation.

· Participate in technical clarifications, bid evaluations, and vendor negotiations.

· Provide process inputs to instrumentation and mechanical design teams.

· Review and approve technical specifications for buy-out items and vendor offers.

· Participate in HAZOP and SIL studies to ensure safety and compliance.

· Support project execution through construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.

· Identify and mitigate technical risks during bidding and execution.

· Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support other departments as needed.
