Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Be familiar with all parts and BOM of mobile phone.

2. Formulate project construction objectives, direction, and implementation of reform plans.

3. Cooperated with the department head to complete the department's annual goals and work contents.

4. Promote process optimization and implement continuous improvement.

5. Provide guidance, follow-up, supervision, and management for all projects.

6. Equipment management, resource preparation, maintenance, and daily work.

7. Reduce process defect rate/improve production efficiency, continuously improve work support, promotion, and decision-making.

8. Notes and requirements for new product introduction.

9. Analysis of abnormal process problems and consequences of various models.

10. Make rework technical liaison tickets, edit, and make SOP.

11. Train junior staff of engineering Department (technicians, maintenance).

12-Analysis cycle time of production line to finalize the manpower plan.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electronics Engineering or any relevant field

  • 1 2 years of experience,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English
  • Self-development and continuous learning mindset
  • Agility and adaptability
  • Quality-focused approach
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities
