Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Management of the transfer of spare parts from DV to K nitra, as well as the implementation of the process for managing all parts under MHF with the factory.

Monitor and ensure that spare parts are identified, ordered, and stocked with tracking to ensure that there is always the necessary quantity in place.

  • Identification and consolidation of the need for spare parts
  • Packaging and customs documentation management (dual-use parts)
  • Customs tracking
  • On-site reception and preparation of a summary of stock levels for the three machining lines
  • Follow-up on referencing
  • Purchase request tracking
  • Monitoring of contract openings
  • Implementation of KPIs for each tap with target trajectory, ...

Basic concepts in project management and planning, Procurement
