Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, review, and optimize process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and operating procedures.
Monitor and analyze process performance indicators to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
Troubleshoot process related issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead sustainable solutions.
Support commissioning, start up, and stabilization of new or modified processes.
Ensure processes comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
Prepare mass and energy balances, process calculations, and technical documentation.
Support production teams with technical guidance to improve yield, efficiency, and reliability.
Participate in Management of Change (MOC), HAZOP, and risk assessment studies.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors during process modifications and improvement projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
