Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process-related issues and develop effective solutions.
- Utilize process simulation software to model and predict outcomes for new and existing processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certification is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully managing process improvement projects from inception to completion.
