Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop proper documentation for implementing processes on smart process automation tools such as BPMs, RPA
- Run simulation trials and provide pre-launch statistical reports
- Assist in implementing system developments to automate processes, collaborating closely with development teams
- Provide training and support to stakeholders to manage the transition from manual to automated process flow
- Troubleshoot and support stakeholder to fix process related errors
- Establish metrics to monitor process performance, conducting regular assessments and generating reports to track and communicate improvements over time
- Identify and analyze current processes to pinpoint areas for improvement, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency
- Conduct thorough post-launch assessments of implemented processes to evaluate performance against key metrics, identifying areas for adjustment or enhancement
Support in driving ongoing process improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence by encouraging innovation and proactive problem-solving
